ENGAGE is an international programme that brings together businesses and community organisations around the globe to increase the quality and amount of employee community engagement in their local communities.
OUR MISSION is twofold: To inspire, mobilise and support companies to develop sustainable community investment programmes, and to provide community organisations with a network, tools and support that will help them work more effectively with business partners.
At European level, ENGAGE is leading the Skills for Employability Laboratory, a research project which aims to highlight the important role that employee community engagement plays in enhancing the employability skills of communities throughout Europe.
